At CONNECTVIRAL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully for all the details regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Policy

Eligibility for Return
You can return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. In order to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • The product must not be a final sale or a customized product (including personalized engravings).

If the product does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, follow these simple steps:

  2. Provide Order Details: Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Return Authorization: We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please note that returns will only be accepted if an RA number is provided.
  4. Ship the Item Back: Once you receive the RA number, securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in the same condition as when it was received.
  • The product should not be customized or on sale.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds typically take between 7-10 business days to be processed after approval. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you would like to make an exchange. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you the replacement item, subject to availability.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges:
You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part or if the item is defective.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging and shipping your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@connectviral.xyz or call 956-466-1546. We will assist you in returning the item and arranging a full refund or exchange, including covering any return shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Certain products are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:

  • Customized or personalized items (such as bracelets with engravings).
  • Final sale items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.
