1. Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, depending on the destination and urgency of your order. Shipping methods are selected during the checkout process.

  • Standard Shipping – This is our most affordable option. Delivery times vary by location.
  • Expedited Shipping – For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping for an additional charge. Delivery times are shorter than standard shipping but depend on the destination.
  • International Shipping – We offer international shipping to select countries. Additional shipping charges, taxes, and duties may apply depending on your location.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method you choose, the size and weight of your order, and your delivery address. Any additional charges, such as customs duties or taxes for international orders, are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Delivery Timeframes

The delivery timeframes for each shipping option are as follows:

  • Domestic (United States):
    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days.
  • International Shipping:
    • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. On average, international orders take 7–14 business days for delivery. Customs processing may add additional time.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays can occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing.

4. Order Processing Time

We process orders within 1–2 business days of receiving them, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number (if available) to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. CONNECTVIRAL is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize that there is an error in your shipping address, please contact our customer service team immediately to make the necessary corrections before your order is shipped.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Additionally, some regions may not be eligible for international shipping due to restrictions in place by certain countries. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing an order.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

In the rare event that your order is lost, damaged, or goes missing during transit, please contact us at contact@connectviral.xyz within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that CONNECTVIRAL is not liable for lost or damaged items after they have been delivered, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

10. International Customs Duties and Taxes

International customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes based on their destination country’s regulations. These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. CONNECTVIRAL is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to your order.
